I just made my second purchase from IQautos. I have been and will continue to refer anyone that I meet that is looking at a car purchase to IQautos and VOLVOway. Jim, Tony, Ed and Scott have the highest integrity and credibility of anyone that I have met in the used or new car business. This is just not your typical car buying experience. IQautos specialize in Saab, BMW and Volvo (through their association with VOLVOway.com). They purchase program cars at auction and because of their involvement with the brands they make good purchases which translates to good value to their customers. They do have others vehicles from time to time but usually from trades. I would absolutely buy a car from them again (I am already a repeat customer) and would go there before anywhere else. IQautos have been under the same name since 1998 (they are not one of the company’s that is changing their name to cover for a lack of integrity and transparent business practices). They offer a 3 day money back guarantee, as well as an overnight test drive (I know I have done it twice). You are welcomed to take any car to a dealer to have it checked out (mine have been under warranty and when I have taken them in for service the last service check was under IQautos having the vehicle checked and serviced before selling it). AWESOME CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE!!
After several weeks of visiting fancy show rooms and experiencing poor customer service and ridiculous prices while looking for a car I visited IQautos in Marietta and let me tell you what an experience! I found the right car at the right price and the entire process was very easy. The manager even delivered the car I bought to my house. It doesn’t get any better than that these days.

I shopped Saabs for months, so I knew what the typical prices were. IQautos had great selection and a good bit cheaper than CarMax. The cars were in great shape, yet priced at the low end of KBB value, so no haggling necessary. Tony answered all my questions, let me test drive as long as I wanted, provided a maintenance history, and then eagerly worked a radio problem I found. Jim & Gwen made the actual purchase painless. It was all about getting me exactly what I wanted, not about squeezing every possible nickel out of me. A few days later, the car was delivered (free) to my home (200+ miles away) with a new radio. I recently had a follow-up question 7 months after I bought by Saab convertible back at the end of March. Tony L remembered exactly who I was and the car I bought.
